1. Machine structure: The automatic air duct production line SADL-3 is composed of a material tray, limit device, leveling, ribbing, shearing and bending parts, etc.

2. Scope of application: The air ducts produced by the automatic air duct production line have reliable quality standards and can be used for TDC, TDF blanking production, as well as sheet metal blanking production.

3. Equipment advantages: Detailed research was conducted during the design of the Dulama air duct automatic production line, which can ensure a smoother air duct manufacturing process. The Durama duct production line adopts advanced numerical control and hydraulic control systems, which ensures the stable operation of the entire system and enhances the processing accuracy.

4. Equipment Parameters:

The processed plate thickness is 0.6 to 1.2mm galvanized sheet or low-carbon steel sheet.

2) The maximum processing speed is 15m/min.

3) The width of the processed plate is: 1250mm (specially made 1500mm).

4) Control error: Length error: ±0.5mm/m; Diagonal error: ±0.8mm/m.
