Duplex TDF flange forming machine can from flange at two sides of duct simultaneously. It's double-sided driven and able to meet mobile requirements of nigh load and high accuracy with linear guideways of Taiwan Hiwin. Comparing with single type, duplex type help us improve anuiency, reduce delivery duration and save up labor. Our company would specially inroduce high-strength rolling reels made of GCr15, a kind of steel which prolongs the machine life by more than 5 times and outputs stainless steel TDF flange.
DURAMA TDF flange machine apply shared-plate flange, therefore, the rectangle ductwork flange can be fast processed.The machine applies both sides feeding and simultaneously shaping work mode.

It features low making cost and high installing efficiency, convenient for standard and batches of production. It is suitable for making rectangle wind pipe with big section.

Both flanges and L-shaped clamp can be produced synchronously.
Material feeding automatically while sheets processed.
