Technical requirements:         
1. Angle of all V-type grooves is 88°+10′ , and the R of groove bottom is 0.5.
2. R of the chamfer angle of V-type grooves is 0.5, which should be kept the same on the whole length.
3. The other chamfer angles are 1×45°.
4. Heat treatment HB 220-250.
